A Positive First Experience
A puppy’s first visit to the groomer sets the foundation for how they will feel about grooming for the rest of their life.
That’s why our puppy grooms are never rushed. We take the time to introduce your puppy to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the salon at a pace they are comfortable with.
Using gentle handling and plenty of reassurance, we help them understand that the bath, the brush, and the dryer are nothing to be afraid of.
We recommend bringing your puppy in for their first visit as soon as they are fully vaccinated, usually around 12-14 weeks of age.
Our Puppy Introduction Includes:
- Gentle bath using puppy-safe shampoo
- Slow introduction to the dryer
- Soft brushing and combing
- Nail trim and ear cleaning
- Face and feet tidy (if tolerated)
- Plenty of cuddles, praise, and breaks
