"My dog, Maisy, has been going to Best Friends since she was a puppy. Pam, Caitlin and Lee have always been great and Maisy has come out looking beautiful each time. Maisy is nearly 13 now and she sometimes struggles with walking. She found the grooming more difficult with her older hip joints. I contacted Pam and she was fabulous! She gave me lots of useful advice. Today Maisy had a shorter grooming session to help her to cope. They used yoga mats on the grooming table to ease the joints. She was able to rest and sit down whenever she needed. After this morning's session she was able to go for her walk with her tail wagging happily. Pam, Caitlin and Lee are fabulous!"
